HOW DO I BUY TICKETS THROUGH THIS SITE?
Tickets go on sale May 18, 2008 at 10am for the 2008 Live Nation Concert Series B. At that time, a link will appear in the main navigation at the top of the page to "PURCHASE TICKETS" (a browser refresh/reload may be necessary). This link will be active throughout the duration of Series and Mini-series ticket sales which ends on May 31, 2008 at 6pm.
WHAT IS CHASTAIN PARK AMPHITHEATRE?
Chastain Park Amphitheatre is a small, outdoor venue located off of Roswell Road in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. Recognized as one of the most popular amphitheatres in the country, Chastain sets the standard for summer entertainment in Atlanta. Many of music's biggest names from every musical genre have appeared on the Chastain stage. Chastain is known for its relaxed atmosphere complementing the performances.

WHAT IS TABLE SETUP CONCERT?
For a Table Setup concert, seating is divided into tables of six seats, orchestra seats, and general admission lawn. Orchestra seating allows plenty of room to set up TV trays. Patrons seated on the lawn are allowed to bring in blankets (no lawn chairs). Patrons are also allowed to bring small coolers with your own food and drink. Concessions are also available for purchase inside the amphitheatre from two full-service caterers, Proof of the Pudding and Glorious Events, or from our convenient concession stands. Occasionally we have a show where the artist requests a "No Table Setup". For these shows, Table Holders receive six orchestra seats instead. A "No Table Setup" also means no food or drink may be brought into the amphitheatre; such information is always included on the tickets and on our website.
WHAT IS A SERIESHOLDER?
A SeriesHolder pre-purchases the same number of tickets and the same location for every show in our Series. There are two series during the summer- Series A and Series B. Series A and B each consist of approximately twelve shows. In order to remain a Series Holder, you must purchase series tickets for both Series A and B each year. As a SeriesHolder, you not only have the best opportunity for getting seats before the general public, you also have the ability to upgrade to better seats as they become available. Each year we have a few Non-Series shows at Chastain Park. As a courtesy, we also offer an easy, advance opportunity for SeriesHolders to purchase tickets to most of these shows.
WHAT IS A MINI-SERIES HOLDER?
A Mini-Series Holder purchases any number of tickets to three (3) or more shows in either Series A or B. You can order mini-series tickets through this website or by calling 404-233-2227. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. When ordering mini-series tickets, you will not receive an exact seat location. All phone and internet orders are filled on a first-come first-serve basis according to the time and date that the order was originally placed. If you prefer a table, you must order 6 tickets. Tables are not guaranteed but we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
GUIDELINES FOR ORDERING MINI-SERIES TICKETS:
- Since Series and mini-series tickets go on sale at the same time as pre-existing SeriesHolders are renewing or upgrading their tickets, we will not be able to give you an exact seat location. You will not receive the same seats for every show.
- All internet, phone, and mail orders will be merged together and filled on a very strict first-come first-serve basis according to the time and date that the order was originally placed.
- Everyone ordering tickets will receive a confirmation number for their order. Please keep this number for your records, as it will help us to locate your order should you have any issues.
- If you prefer a table, you must order 6 tickets. Please check the appropriate box on the order form. Tables are not guaranteed but we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
- Tickets will only be mailed to billing addresses. Tickets will come in a plain white or manila envelope with only a PO Box as the return address.
- If you prefer to only purchase tickets to one show in the Series, you may do so through Ticketmaster beginning on June 7th. Tickets can be purchased by calling 404-249-6400 or online at www.ticketmaster.com
- If your order consists of 10 or more tickets you will be considered a Group. All group orders must be done by phone at 404-364-4272.

- Directions From the North (I-285/ Roswell Road area):
  - To the Blue Lot -
    Go south on Roswell Road. Turn right onto Mt. Paran. Cross Long Island and Lake Forrest Drive. Turn left onto Powers Ferry. At the stop sign, bear left onto Dudley Lane. Turn right onto Stella Drive. Turn left into the Blue Lot.
  - To the Red & Yellow Lots -
    Go south on Roswell Road. Turn right onto Mt. Paran. Cross Long Island and Lake Forrest Drive. Turn left onto Powers Ferry. At the stop sign, bear right, staying on Powers Ferry. Turn left into the Red or Yellow Lot.
  - To the Green Lot -
    Go south on Roswell Road. Turn right onto Mt. Paran. Cross Long Island and Lake Forrest Drive. Turn left onto Powers Ferry. At the stop sign, bear left onto Dudley Lane. Turn right onto Park Drive. Turn left into the Green Lot.
- Directions From the South:
  Take I-85 North through downtown exiting at GA 400. Take Exit 2, Buckhead Loop, and turn left at the stoplight. Go one half mile and turn right onto Piedmont Road. Go one and a half miles and turn right onto Roswell Road, following the directions below:
  - To the Blue Lot - Go north on Roswell Road. Turn left onto West Wieuca. Go through the four-way stop. Immediately, turn right onto Dudley Lane. Turn left onto Stella Drive. Turn left into the Blue Lot.
    
    As an alternate - Proceed north on Roswell Road going past West Wieuca. Turn left onto Long Island (just before the Fountain Oaks Shopping Center). Turn left onto Mt. Paran. Turn left onto Powers Ferry. At the stop sign, bear left onto Dudley Lane. Turn right onto Stella Drive. Turn left into the Blue Lot.
  - To the Red and Yellow Lots - Go north on Roswell Road. Turn left onto West Wieuca. Go through the four-way stop. Turn right onto Powers Ferry. Turn right into the Red and Yellow Lots.
    
    As an alternate - Go north on Roswell Road. At the Piedmont Road intersection, turn left onto Blackland Road. At the stop sign turn right onto Putnam Drive. At the next stop sign turn left onto Powers Ferry. Go through a 3-way stop (next to The Horseradish Grill) and then turn right into the Red and Yellow Lots.
  - To the Green Lot - Go north on Roswell Road. Turn left onto West Wieuca. Go through the four-way stop. Immediately, turn right onto Dudley Lane. Turn left onto Park Drive. Turn left into the Green Lot.
GENERAL INFO:
- Each person entering the park must have a ticket, regardless of age.

- All shows are rain or shine. If there is inclement weather, please feel free to bring a rain poncho or umbrella (no golf umbrellas please).
- All prices, performers, dates and times are subject to change without notice. No refunds or exchanges.
- Chastain Park Amphitheatre is a municipally owned venue and in accordance with the Georgia State Clean Air Act of 2005, smoking is not permitted in any area of the Amphitheatre. We advise you to observe the same practices you would when attending a movie or restaurant. It is our obligation to protect the health and safety of all our patrons and request you respect this policy and refrain from smoking inside the amphitheatre.
